June 12, 2023 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
In the first class you will learn how to create intricate patterns on clay by using all kinds of found objects. You will use these impressions to create a mask, which can be as realistic or as abstract as you like! The clay will then go into a bisque firing.
In the second class you will glaze your creation, using the color to highlight the patterns you made in the first class. After the second firing, you’ll be able to pick up your beautiful mask, which you will be able to hang proudly on your wall.
This class is suitable for beginners and up, and children from 11-15 can attend with an attending adult.
Class one: Monday, June 12, 6:30PM to 8:30PM
